Selekt DSM: Classic Hub is the Selekt DSM: Classic chassis with no options.   It is basically a preamplifier that only works with Linn Exact speakers.  The general design intention of the Selekt is to add some optional cards to this basic Selekt chassis.  Streaming functionality requires a DAC option. 

Compared to the Selekt DSM: Edition, Selekt DSM: Classic is a less expensive version with same functionality and options. All options are intechangeable between Edition and Classic, and installation is done right at Pearl Audio, with no shipping necessary. 

With its modular, upgradeable design, your Selekt DSM can be adapted in the future as your needs change, either by increasing the performance by adding Katalyst or Organik DAC, or simplifying your system by adding integrated amps… just add speakers.

The Select DSM: Classic Hub does not have any streaming nor digital DAC functionality.  A DAC maybe added at any time. Upgrades are done right at the Pearl Audio store, so no shipping required.
